Professor Angel Dust

Professor Angel Dust is a Mexico City-born, Barcelona-based DJ and producer with over three decades of experience connecting underground club culture with Latin rhythms and global electronic music.

Influenced by the legacy of New York’s Paradise Garage, his sound moves across Afro-Latin House, Classic House, Disco and Funk, bringing together tropical grooves, eclectic selections and precise mixing.

His career includes appearances at festivals such as Sónar, Festival Internacional de Benicàssim (FIB), Doctor Music and Tropicalia, as well as clubs and venues including Blue Note in London, Flex and RUST in Vienna, Panorama Bar in Berlin, and La Paloma and Apolo in Barcelona.

As a promoter and DJ, he co-founded Bongo Lounge with Diego Delippo, a project bringing together music, club culture and global sounds. In 2026, he performed as a DJ within Héctor Guerra’s show at Zomer van Antwerpen in Belgium.

His work as a producer and remixer connects electronic music with hip-hop and Latin roots, shaping a distinctive musical identity at the crossroads of club culture, urban sounds and rhythmic experimentation.
